To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
While we strive for high accuracy in our AI identification system, Eco Lens does not guarantee 100% accuracy in plastic identification. The App is intended as a guidance tool and should not be considered a substitute for professional waste management advice. Users should verify recycling information with local waste management authorities when necessary.
All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software, are the exclusive property of Eco Lens and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
By uploading images or other content to the App, you grant Eco Lens a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and analyze such content for the purpose of improving our AI models and services. We will not share your personal images publicly without your explicit consent.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy, including scan data, usage statistics, and account information. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices.
Points, badges, achievements, and leaderboard rankings have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or other compensation. Eco Lens reserves the right to modify or discontinue gamification features at any time.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. ECO LENS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ECO LENS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time through the App settings or by contacting us.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Eco Lens operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
